The calculation of the cost of our programs is based on the helicopter flight hours (hereinafter Flight Time). Flight Time is specified in the tour description. The number of ski runs is not limited, you can ski as much as you can, within the limits of the paid flight time. Additional flight time is available on request.


Booking and payment

To participate in the program "Baikal Heli-ski", you have to apply via the form of participation on the site http://baikalheli.com or send an e-mail to office@baikalheli.com , or contact us by phone +7-950- 11-11-850 (FB messenger, Whatsapp, Viber, Telegram). To confirm your attendance in the program, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the package is required. As soon as we receive your deposit the booking will be confirmed. The deposit payment is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another client or a group at any time with mandatory notification to the program organizers. The final payment must be made not later than 120 days before the start date of the program. For booking less than 120 days before the program start date, full payment of the cost of participation is made during the booking. If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit without prior notice.


Cancellation by the client

The program "Baikal Heli-ski" starts and ends on the dates indicated in the tour description. There is no refund, in whole or in part, of funds for unrealized flight time, any unused services for reasons beyond the control of the program organizer (due to late arrival of the program participant, his early departure, illness, disruption of a gear (personal), emergencies before or during the program). Return of unused flight time of the helicopter is possible in cases stipulated in these Terms. Any cancellations must be made 120 days before the start date of "Baikal Heli-ski" program . If the program is cancelled on your initiative, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of client cancellation of the program less than 120 days before the program start date, the full package cost is non-refundable. You can find a a suitable person as your substitute to participate in the program, in this case all obtained deposits will be transferred to a new participant, but only if the cancelled space is still vacant. Substitute is allowed at any time before the start date of the "Baikal Heli-ski" program.


Program cancellation. Force Majeure

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the program "Baikal Heli-ski" at any time at their discretion. In this case, the money paid by you will be returned in full. In the event of force majeure circumstances, that is the circumstances beyond the Parties' control (fire, natural disasters, military actions, riots, changes of existing legislation), the organizers also reserve the right to cancel the program. In case of the above-mentioned circumstances the Organizers will inform the program participants about this as soon as possible. If the program "Baikal Heli-ski" has to be cancelled, the Organizers try to offer an equivalent replacement to the cancelled program (substitute program). In the case of participation in a substitute program, the previously paid money shall be offset in payment of the substitute program. Any price difference between the main and the substitute program will be returned. In case of refusal to participate in the substitute program, the money already paid will be returned. No claims for the return of other paid funds from the program organizers in favour of the client / clients can be made.


Helicopter time. Additional cost for helicopter hours. Return for unused flight time

The cost of the "Baikal Heli-ski" program includes 8 guaranteed hours of helicopter time (4 full days of skiing with a total drop of about 25 000 vertical meters). Return of funds for unrealized helicopter time is possible: 1. if the actually used helicopter flight time for a group of 8 people is less than the declared guaranteed hours. The return is made at the rate of 55 000 rubles per hour for the whole group. Additional cost is 60 000 rubles for 1 hour for the whole group (+ cost of one hour for the helicopter's approach from the base to the place of the program and back, if it required).


Insurance

Accident insurance, insurance for the payment of medical services, performance of emergency rescue operations, repatriation, cancellation of a tour is the responsibility of the client and is made by the client independently.
The helicopter rescue flights are not included in the "Baikal Heli-ski" package and are paid separately.


Responsibility

All decisions taken on conducting flights and skiing are based on previous, current or forecast weather, snow cover condition and level of avalanche hazard. Guides reserve the right to restrict / prohibit skiing in any places for any participant / participants. As a guest you must recognize, accept and agree to comply with all decisions made by the guides. This policy is designed for your safety and maximum enjoyment of the skiing process. As a participant of "Baikal Heli-ski" program you will need to sign an deliverance from the exclusion of liability of guides and organizers for your life and health in the process of the program, and agree to assume the risks involved. You should know that by signing such an exclusion you also waive all rights for indemnity claim.
